The Shed

How the shed works

A self-serve flower stand at the end of a driveway. No counter and no wait. Pick an arrangement and pay on the honor system.

Six small arrangements in colored glass vases lined up on a porch rail
  1. Pull in

Maple Grove Road, Duluth. The shed sits at the end of the driveway, with easy off-road parking.

  2. Pick your Blooms

Arrangements are ready gifts designed in repurposed glass vases and run $5 to $25. There is free packing material in the tote just outside the shed that can help you transport your Blooms safely.

  3. Pay at the shed

Cash or Venmo, right at the shed. It's an honor-system shop, and it has stayed that way all season.

  4. Have your heart set on one?

Saw something in a post? Message Jill to prepay and hold it, set up an earlier pickup, or ask for a bigger arrangement.

Always some surprises. The arrangement you saw in a post may have picked up a few more specialty stems by the time you arrive. Jill keeps adding as new Blooms open.

Flower care

Make them last.

Arrangements leave the shed in fresh water with flower food. At home:

  • Every few days, lift the stems out and snip the very tips.

  • Top up with cold, clean water, or swap it out completely if it looks cloudy.

  • Keep them out of direct sun, somewhere on the cooler side of the house.

  • Tell them you love them.

No foam. No chicken wire. Ever.
